On a perfectly flat building board (I use a cheap door from a DIY store) set the wings up to be joined. The tips will be parallel, if there is any error inthe panels it will be apparent at the roots. I accept about 3mm as a max discrepancy here.

If appropriate fit the cores leading & training edges and get them shaped
No image but sand the root dihedral angle.
Draw a line through the tips that represents the chord line
This is the fun bit, from this line and given the dihedral, you have to calculate the width of some 3mm balsa, such that when one edge is on the chord line the other edge protrudes to give the required dihdral measurment. This balsa has to be parallel
